Along the Path of Customer Needs, Chogori Is Moving Toward a Broader World

In a global market that continues to evolve, we have always focused on the real needs of customers across different countries and application scenarios. It is these needs that have guided Chogori Technology step by step toward a broader world.

Fifteen years ago, overseas customers began to seek more reliable connections, more stable compatibility, and higher levels of durability in demanding environments. So we brought our products to international markets, learning and refining them continuously through real-world usage.

From six-month, 20-centimeter water-immersion tests,

● to 1,000-hour salt-spray corrosion tests,
● to 10,000-cycle flex tests and the structural challenges of extremely confined installation spaces…

These demands from the field, from customers, and from harsh environments have driven our products to evolve continuously — eventually forming the global-ready technologies and expertise we have today.

In 2012, more engineers around the world hoped to speak with us directly for early technical communication and co-development. So we started with the electronica exhibition in Munich, bringing the Chogori brand to the world stage for the first time.

After that, we established overseas marketing centers in different regions, including Chogori Asia Pacific, Chogori USA, Chogori India, and Chogori Europe, enabling customers to access support more easily and helping us understand local market needs more quickly.

Our many experiences co-developing technical solutions with overseas customers have also enabled us to contribute to differentiated product design and improved end-user experience. In many ways, each deep exchange has become part of our own growth.

In the post-pandemic period, customers began seeking a more resilient supply chain, shorter lead times, and reduced uncertainty. To respond to these needs, we established a production base in Thailand, which officially started operations in 2023.

By bringing manufacturing capacity, processes, and quality systems closer to customers, we enable faster delivery and more reliable support. At the same time, we recruit and train local employees, building a cross-cultural management system that balances operational efficiency with service warmth.

Today, our team includes members from Singapore, the Philippines, Canada, India, and other countries. This diversity brings new perspectives and allows us to maintain a consistent quality system while serving global customers with greater flexibility and localization.

Throughout our journey, we have always believed: What drives us forward has never been expansion for its own sake, but the continuously changing and rising needs of customers across the world.
