The KR Series integrates two power contacts and six signal contacts in a single connector, supporting power transmission, communication and status monitoring. The standard KR 2+6 supports rated currents of up to 50A and up to 3,000 mating cycles, with IPX7 protection and IPXXB touch-safe configurations. KR Ultra increases current capacity to 60–80A, supports 8–7 AWG power cables and extends mating durability to 5,000 cycles. It also introduces an ergonomic 135° overmolded plug. KR Ultra retains the same mating interface as the standard KR 2+6, supporting existing platform compatibility and future performance upgrades.
